I am really pleased with Perran Home Care. My brother has complex needs and they have been very proactive in thinking about his requirements and adapting the care plan to suit him personally. This has included calls outside of care hours in the evening to ensure that he is safe and well.

I do not live close to my brother and it is very reassuring to know that they are considering all aspects of his needs and fully supporting him. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Finding care for my father was extremely difficult so it was a real blessing when Perran Home Care contacted me and said that they would be able to take care of my father. They have been taking wonderful care of him since the summer. They are patient, kind, cheerful, and extremely professional. They update me regularly and let me know if they have seen any changes or are concerned. They offered to contact his GP on my behalf and were able to ensure any requested samples were collected and taken to his surgery. They look after all his personal care needs and ensure he is getting suitable food and will even go and buy extra food or milk when he needs it. I have no hesitation in recommending them. They have been so kind to him and eased so much of my worry, that I would count them as my friends.
