We can assist with washing and dressing, toileting. We encourage and promote self-care throughout all aspects of our care packages to enable the individual to maintain independent assisting when required while ensuring dignity and respect is given at all times.
We understand that everyone is different and unique, so we ensure that support with personal care is tailored according to your needs. We will work with you or your loved ones to put together a detailed person-centred care plan that our Care staff will follow, so that you or your loved one gets the care and support needed, in the way that you want it

Medication

Our trained staff can assist you with medication in their attendance will prompt prescribed medication from a blister pack, to give to the service user completing relevant legal paperwork that goes alongside medication.

Social and Domestic Support enables you to stay comfortable in your own homes. This service is suitable for senior citizens, or recovering from any illness or people with disabilities. People with busy schedule because of work, can use our domestic services.

We are able to support with, but are not limited to, domestic tasks around the house such as laundry, cleaning, hoovering, waste management and meal preparation.

Live-in care is an ideal choice for everyone that needs support within their own homes. Our purpose to encourage our clients to maintain their independence and continue living in a homely environment.

This means your loved one is never feels alone and receives the highest quality tailored care. Our staff will stay in the property in the day and night and will help with personal hygiene, attend medical appointments, meals, cleaning and other household chores.

How quickly you can start receiving care?

If you need urgent care, we are able to start care in place in as little as 24-48 hours. However, Usually it takes longer than that to start care package. The advance notice can help our team to build up the whole picture of your needs. We believe to match care staff skills according to your needs.

Shopping cannot be always enjoyable especially when you are struggling with your health due age factor or with any illness. Our friendly staff can make it easier for you, We can make your day that you can enjoy your shopping and company of our lovely staff.

Waking and sleeping nights

We offer waking and sleep nights if your loved one require so they can sleep peacefully in the own home. We offer minimum 10 hours. Having that extra night care at home can really help you remain healthy and happy. If assistance is needed more than twice during the night, this will be considered a waking night. Sleeping nights will suit if you feel uncomfortable when you are alone at home,throughout the night. Your anxieties and sleep deprivation can soon be improved with a sleeping nights help.

Supported Living

Perran Home Care can offer you high quality care without moving to a care home. Our supported living service offers the reassurance of 24 hour care or 12 hours care in your own home.
